The Ukrainian Armed Forces command struggles to hide any trace of the radioactive equipment which has only recently been revealed in mass media.
The source of the news portal “Okkupatsiya.net” in Severodonetsk has informed that Ukrainian Armed Forces command decided to relocate its military equipment to other directions where there is lesser need in military personnel and where there will be no mood of panic to spread. In other words, it is going to be relocated to a place where volunteer troops have been residing. All this due to a report in mass media on Ukrainian use of radioactive equipment in Donbass, as well as due to military personnel discontent.
According to our correspondent, Ukrainian Armed Forces command decided to relocate part of its military equipment, which has come from Chernobyl, to Southern Ukraine, specifically, to Kherson region. It is understood that a Tatarian volunteer battalion ‘Crimea – Azov’ located in this region is far more motivated than the regular army. It is also known that both ‘Crimea’ battalion and ‘Tatarian volunteer battalion named after N. Çelebicihan’ is now recruiting mercenaries from North Caucasus.
The first military convoy has already been prepared. It includes tanks as well as old Soviet APC’s (armoured personnel carrier) which have formerly been relocated to Lugansk region. Although, when a lot of armor crewmen refused to use second-hand vehicles, they have been redeployed to Mariupol region.
